Personally, in this day as well as age where offers seem to get leaked on the web with incredible regularity, I was surprised that I had heard no rumors of this happening.

I believe this might be a win/win circumstance for both sides with Disney having gain access to to Marvel’s steady of characters for film jobs as well as marvel having somebody with the power of Disney to market their characters.
